Your GP practice is open and if you need to see your GP, please ring us on 0161 2052714 or visit our website – our opening ours are found on 'Opening Times' You can also call NHS 111. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.
If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

Video Consultation with your GP
From January 2021 all GP appointments in the Surgery will, initially, be via Online Consultation. Following this, the GP is able to book you in for a Face to Face appointment, if necessary. This is to maximize efficiency - allowing Clinicians to see more Patients per session, and reduce footfall within the practice.

COVID-19
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
- a high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you're staying at home.

PATIENT NOTICE
TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE- Please ensure that the practice has your up to date telephone number. As of January 2019 we are enrolling a text messaging reminder service for patients. If we do not have your correct telephone number we will not be able to reach you.
PUBLICATION OF EARNINGS
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in Conran Medical Centre in the last financial year was £124,327 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 Part time GPs, who worked in the practice for more than six months.

NHS 111
NHS 111 is a free to call, non-emergency,medical helpline operating in England. The service is part of the countrys NHS telephone triage and advice services.
Available 24 hours a day, the NHS 11 service is intended for 'urgent but not life threatening' health issues.
This service is available for urgent healthcare assessment and you will be directed to the most suitable local service for your needs. If you are unsure as to what healthcare service you need to visit the NHS 111 service will signpost you to the most appropriate care fpr your condition for example a GP,local pharmacy,walk in centre,community based services,A&E or an emergency ambulance response.
